Google Notebook Alternative
Google is planning to stop active development on Google Notebook. This means Google will no longer be adding features or offer Notebook for new users.

Download Google Earth Offline Standalone Installer (Full Setup)
If you download Google Earth from Official Google Earth site, then it will download small file called GoogleEarthSetup.exe which is of 534kb size approx.
GoogleEarthSetup.exe which then download Googl Earth from Internet ( provided you have Internet connectivity) and install it.
