Like Google Local Business Center, Bing - Microsoft new search engine also offer Local Business Listing Center.
What’s a Bing Local listing?
Bing Local lets users find businesses near them, or near where they want to go. Because listings are returned in search results, businesses don’t have to search for new customers—the customers have already found them.
Do you want to add you products and services in Bing Local Business Listing Center? Here are the steps:
Step1 : Open this link: https://ssl.bing.com/listings/BusinessSearch.aspx
Step2: Change your country where you do business or your targeted market.
Step3: Fill your Product/ Service details and review your business information and then Click on Submit.
Make sure you enter you address correctly, because Microsoft will send the confirmation code through postal mail unlike Google where you get confirmation code through mobile.

i am having office here in spain. i tried to add it, but even when i change country to spain it still shows states of USA????
and there is nowhere to ask - why?
