Not many people know that Yahoo has acquired Zimbra in 2007, since then Yahoo is offering FREE access to Yahoo through Zimbra Desktop email client which as good as Outlook.

- Download Yahoo Zimbra Desktop application from:
http://www.zimbra.com/products/desktop_download.html
Yahoo Zimbra Desktop is available for Windows, Mac and Linux. - Install the Yahoo Zimbra and run it.
- Select the “Yahoo Mail” from Account Type in Add New Account.
- Add your Yahoo account by entering your Name, id and password.
- Hurray! Yahoo mail is now available for you access offline.
How to forward Yahoo Mail to another email id:
In Yahoo Zimbra Desktop, you Mail Filters for forward to another email id. To do this go to Option tab, and click on Mail Filters.
