when im trying to registry it says enter 16 digit numbers and here it says enter 12 digit numbers. So am i supposed to enter 16 or 12 digit number in order to registry?

You have to enter your 12 digit Barclay’s Online Banking membership number in order to register with Kaspersky. That number should looks like this - 201056789112
